How do I Block Apps on my Child's iPhones?

Overview

This article shows you how to use Mobicip's parental controls to block access to specific mobile apps/sites. Please note that this feature requires Supervising your Child's iOS device, an easy process to install the Mobicip supervision app on the device.

Summary: From the Mobicip Portal or App, select My Mobicip > My Family from the menu. For each child, configure the restrictions you wish to enforce.

Step-by-step

Once you installed the Mobicip Supervision app on your child's iOS device, open the Mobicip Portal or App and select My Mobicip > My Family from the menu.

For each child, select Configure and then set the age. Mobicip automatically configures age-appropriate Internet restrictions.

Choose 'Mobile Apps' to allow/block specific video apps for the profile

Turn off the mobile apps that you wish to block for the profile and tap on 'Apply' at the top right corner to save your setting.

If you do not find a specific app in the list, you can search for it in App/Play store; add it to the list and then allow/block it

Thats it! Access to the specific apps and their respective websites will be blocked for the profile.

NOTE: This feature requires Supervising your Child's iOS device.
