You can locate your kid’s devices anytime from your Mobicip account. This feature can be used to know your child’s current location or to spot a lost device.
Open the Mobicip App or Portal. From the menu, select Locations.
All the mobile devices registered with your account will be displayed in the next page. Scroll through the page and click on ‘Locate’ next to the specific device that you wish to locate.
The current location of the device will be shown.
A message saying ‘Lost Device’ will be displayed on the child’s device, so please note that the child will be notified about your action.
