I Did Not Receive a Confirmation Email

If you created an account successfully, a confirmation email is sent to the email address registered. The email should look like this:

==============

Dear <username>

Welcome to Mobicip

Your account is now active. You can use it to enable Mobicip on your devices.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it can mean only one of 2 things:

1. The email has been classified as spam. Please check your spam folder, and also make sure to add support@mobicip.com to your address book so that future emails from Mobicip are not classified as spam.

2. If you don't find a confirmation email in your spam folder, then the email address must have been registered incorrectly. This happens frequently when parents who are unfamiliar with the iPhone's soft keyboard are misled by the auto-capitalization and auto-complete features.

So how can you tell if this is your problem? Simply visit www.mobicip.com from a computer and try to login. If the login fails, try to reset the password. If either step fails, you can be sure that you have entered an incorrect email address during registration.

Now that you know that this is the problem, how do you recover? Simply create a new account by launching Mobicip on the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, or visit www.mobicip.com and click Get Started. Once the account has been created and you have a confirmation email in your inbox, go ahead and login using the new account.
